There reads: Essential Alison Krauss is the first official greatest hits album by American country music and bluegrass music artist Alison Krauss.
It is her fourth compilation album after Now That I've Found You: A Collection, Home on the Highways: Band Picked Favorites and A Hundred Miles or More: A Collection.
