Copyright concerns[edit]

The current version of this en.wp article is a translation of the de.wp article, which appears to heavily rely on https://www.geschichtewiki.wien.gv.at/Ernst_Karl_Winter (the city of Vienna's history wiki) which includes on some of its pages © Stadt Wien, Rathaus, A-1010 Wien. OK, so that's de.wp's problem, right? No, it isn't. If there is a problem there, it is now a problem here.
