Fair use rationale for Image:Bewithme.jpg[edit]

Image:Bewithme.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Feliciazw, parents & spouse, plus vital information such as a birth date & year of marriage, are considered essential items in Wikipedia & Wikidata. Almost all of this is cited in the article.
I am aware that Mr. Khoo may be sensitive about his family. However, this is not grounds for removal of this information. Other prominent examples of similar situations include Angelina Jolie & James Haven who both despised their father, Jon Voight, & legally changed their names as a result. History is littered with estranged parents & children. Benjamin Franklin & his son William Franklin are another example.
I think that you may have a stronger argument for the exclusion of the names of children, as these are currently not notable (please see Wikipedia:Notability (people)). Often the children parameter in the {{Infobox person}} template can just be listed as a number, & the body text could be changed to "They have four sons." Ditto with the names of the siblings. Although clearly they are mentioned in reliable sources, there appear to be no English Wikipedia articles about any of them, also making them not notable. Note that if someone did write a English Wikipedia article about them, or linked to another language Wikipedia article via the {{Interlanguage link}} template, they would be justified in adding that sibling back into the list.
I would wait for a couple of days to see if & how any other editors opine about this.
As for changing the image, the only picture that Wikimedia has of Mr. Khoo is commons:File:Eric Khoo 2010.JPG. If you or someone else have the rights to a better image that can be uploaded (please see the Commons licensing tutorial), please do so. The link for uploading an image is here.
