  • I believe that all content from the Dictionary of National Biography (DNB) is sufficiently notable per WP:WP DNB, the DNB is certainly an adequate, reliable and notable source. See the projects one of many page of missing articles here.
  • The subject has several images in the National Portrait Gallery, also demonstrating notability, see here, here, here, and here.
  • The article itself has TEN references of which four are directly linked to for verification.
