In this edit I introduced a couple of references, and modernized a couple of others.
I also added a new section: Dustin Berg#Long term impact of Berg's shooting.
After spending an hour or so, following google links, and seeing that Berg's act triggered ongoing comments, I believe Berg's act has a long term impact, that it was not an insignificant and forgotten incident.
But, while I think this aspect is important, and can be covered in a neutral way, I am not fully satisfied that my first crack at addressing it will strike others as sufficiently neutral. I am hoping others, who have a little more distance, can help make sure it fully complies with all our policies.
