Any truth to the claim about a new station being proposed by First Harrogate Trains?[edit]

It seems Wikipedia is the only source in print or online that mentions First Harrogate Trains,a company that never even started,had plans to build Donnington Parkway station to serve Boston. Unless anyone can provide evidence that this station was planned at the same location and the article is indeed accurate, I will delete that paragraph due to unverifiability, and also being a very tedious bit of redundant information.
