Wrong definition[edit]

The definition given here is incorrect! See: https://www.nuclear-power.net/nuclear-power/reactor-physics/nuclear-fission-chain-reaction/reactivity/ i.e. 1$ is the boundary between delayed and prompt criticality and 0$ is the onset of delayed criticality.
