New link? "Dissolution of Nation, Empire" linked to secession[edit]

I'm doing bunch of research on secession right now and going to add lots of sourced info on types and theories. One type is DISSOLUTION of a nation or empire, which happens usually when parts start seceding. If someone wants to create a separate page some time, fine. I might do it myself. However, I think DISSOLUTION OF POLITICAL ENTITY with description as nation state, federation, union or empire with relevant examples would be more general name, however, similar to other wiki articles on separatism, partition, etc.

Sounds like a idea to me. I've been working on removing links to the "dissolution" dab page, and such an article would have been very useful. It might also provide a way to get the template on former countries to stop linking to the dissolution dab page. How about "Dissolution (political entity)" as an article name, to be consistent with other entries on dab pages? Auntof6 05:04, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Great. Will put on my list of things to do... Not sure what a dab page is and couldn't find it easily in wiki search. Same as a stub page?
