Director General of the Foreign Service[edit]

There is no mention of Theodore “Theo” Elmer Hall. According to FOREIGN RELATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES, 1917–1972, VOLUME VII, PUBLIC DIPLOMACY, 1964–1968, he was Foreign Service Inspector, Director General of the Foreign Service, Deputy Under Secretary for Administration, Department of State, until December 20, 1964; Executive Director, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, until April 1968; thereafter detailed to the Agency for International Development 2600:8803:AF06:6C00:9531:8E11:7EAE:9EF0 (talk) 13:45, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
