Open Data Directive[edit]

I added a final paragraph to the lead to reference the new Open Data Directive. This revision is far from satisfactory but it does represent a start. RobbieIanMorrison (talk) 21:46, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Clarifying differences between the original (2003/2013) and the new (2019) PSI Directive is very important as the new one includes fundamental updates, e.g. inclusion of libraries; attempts to serve new scenarios like Artificial Intelligence training. It should be decided if this article stays with the original PSI Directive or it is to be updated to the new one. In the first case a new article dedicated to the new Directive is reasonable.
