Merger[edit]

There were no less than three articles all on the same topic: Phrenic nerve pacing, Diaphragmatic pacemaker, and this one. After looking at their content and consulting the literature, "diaphragm pacing" seems to the most current phrasing. I decided to merge the content on phrenic nerve pacing (which was nearly a word-for-word copy of the "diaphragm pacing" article) and on "Diaphragmatic pacemaker" into this one. In that article I added a ton of new content and citations, dividing it into intro, history, devices, and surgical procedures. Hope this massive update works.
