  • This is a very well-written and fairly comprehensive article--new and long enough. QPQ not required. No copyvio detected per Earwig. I like the original hook best. Cheers! Kingoflettuce (talk) 13:59, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, and noted one paragraph that lacks a cite, per WP:DYKSG#D2. It also appears that the list under "National Diabetes Control Program" is copied from the source. Could you summarize it in your own words instead? Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 22:31, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Fixed the list and cited the paragraph too. Shanze1 (talk) 04:09, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thank you. You'll see I did a little more editing. Restoring tick per Kingoflettuce's review. Yoninah (talk) 10:48, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Diabetes % and Population %[edit]

It seems a bit odd to highlight that "One in six people in the world" with diabetes are in India when one in six people in the world without diabetes are also in India. As the next phrase points out, the % of people with diabetes is actually _lower_ than the world average (17% of the world's diabetes cases; 17.5% of the world's overall population).Dcheney (talk) 09:16, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Dcheney, I think you misunderstood. It doesn't also mean that one in six people without diabetes are from India. "Every sixth diabetic is an Indian" - that's what it means. Also, 17% is not below the world average. The world average is about 9.2%. 17.5% as the article states is the percentage of the world's population that is of India)
