Skated?[edit]

He "skated" his way into history books? Isn't he a skier? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.224.208.60 (talk) 04:05, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The event in question was a skate-skiing event. Metalfilter (talk) 05:46, 5 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Medals[edit]

"In the 2011 World Championship Kershaw won the gold medal in the team sprint together with Alex Harvey, bringing Canada their first FIS Nordic World Ski Championship medal."

If I'm not mistaken, Chandra Crawford won bronze in the 2005 World Championship classic sprint. Perhaps it should read "their first FIS Nordic World Ski Championship gold medal"? Might make more sense. 24.244.72.54 (talk) 19:22, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You are mistaken, it was Sara Renner, and the article has been modified to be more accurate.18abruce (talk)
