Motor vehicle homicide[edit]
Vagts was found guilty (https://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2011/09/20/professor-pleads-guilty-fatal-crash/qSw6MfioiAKf0NKRC0CYYP/story.html) of motor vehicle homicide. He left the scene of a fatal crash when he was in his 80's. He driving privilege was revoked for life and was sentenced to house-arrest and probation.
