Disputed information[edit]

Despite the fact someone continues to revert information here, the touring company was international. It included Canada and Australia. This was in the 1980s and all online sources are incorrect (except http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Denny_Martin_Flinn which is more accurate). Apparently if online sources are incorrect then the Wiki article needs to be as well. Bizarre.

Denny did not play Zack in the touring company, except when he needed to fill in. His role was Greg. But apparently someone refuses to accept this and keeps reverting the page. It is wrong. --gobears87 (talk) 21:00, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You can use my username :) I am the "someone" who reverted those edits. Wikipedia relies on published sources WP:SOURCES not personal knowledge. I get that you are frustrated that information about your relative is inaccurate, but if you think the sources are incorrect then I would suggest either finding different reliable sources (Memory Alpha is NOT a reliable source, and I would point out that the same claim goes uncited on that article as well), or, contact the sources and try to get them to issue a correction. Variety is a well-established reliable source on Wiki, and Broadway World is extensively cited as well. Wikipedia is not a "your word against mine" system. It relies on third-party independent published sources. Thanks! — Henry chianski (talk) 21:52, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
