Copyright problem removed[edit]

Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. Voceditenore (talk) 07:58, 14 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • The entire History section was copied verbatim (with only neglible changes from http://drdo.gov.in/drdo/labs/DFRL/English/index.jsp?pg=HistoricalBG.jsp. I have reduced it to a brief clearly marked quote. Editors are free to expand this section again, but you must do so in your own words. All Indian Goverment pages are under copyright and cannot be reproduced without permission apart from acts of a legislature, reports of a committee, commission, council, board or other like body appointed by the Indian government, and judgements or orders of a court, tribunal or other judicial authority. Current Director[edit]

The current Director is Dr Harsh Vardhan Batra, as quoted at http://drdo.gov.in/drdo/labs/DFRL/English/index.jsp?pg=Director.jsp. The introductory paragraph mentions Dr A.S. Bawa, the previous Director. However, the infobox reflects the change with a wrong spelling.117.216.172.133 (talk) 04:33, 29 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
