I can wait for a reference. But "a record which still stands" is a questionable statement. It's unsurpassable since it is impossible to be defeated by less than one vote. It will stand forever, and others will be co-holders of this record. Also, it's not something one would be proud of, neither is there a competition going on who will be defeated by the slimmest margin. Thus the word "record" seems to be misused.
