This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --Robert Mio (talk) 18:05, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have updated the page with some clarification. I also managed to delete your warning / threat about your deletion of the page. The reason for that is my speedy mindset and the fact that it is the first time I am adding anything at Wiki.

Sincerely Robert Miocic

Just because this is your first edit doesn't make you exempt from the notability rules. You have no credible third party sources to back this article up, hence the nomination. --Skamecrazy123 (talk) 18:08, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Robert Mio, I removed the speedy deletion tag because a unit of measurement does not qualify under the criteria that the page was tagged with. However, you need to add some reliable, independent sources to show that the Croatian mile exists and is notable enough for Wikipedia. Perhaps books have written about it? The Croatian mile is described in the English article Mile. My intention is to lift out the the term Croatian mile and create a page of it's own in order to make it easier for people to find it through different search engines. I rely on the already existing references on wiki. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Robert Mio (talkcontribs) 18:30, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

By that logic, shouldn't the other miles also have their page? For consistency's sake, there should just be one mile page.2607:F140:400:A007:A08F:A8AF:14EC:998B (talk) 23:02, 21 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Redirected[edit]

I've redirected the article to Mile. There is not much to say about the topic, it is obscure to the degree that the "length of the Croatian mile has not been determined with certainty" (see Viličić & Lapaine 2016). GregorB (talk) 16:44, 8 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
