Original research? Differences between Perseus v. Athis and Corynaeus v. Ebysus[edit]

An IP editor added the line "but the ember that hits Athis is almost completely extinguished and therefore he dies of a skull fracture, while Ebysus becomes a human torch and Corynaeus kill him with a sword blow to the hip." after the paragraph on the similarity between Perseus's killing of Athis in Ovid's Metamorphoses and Corynaeus' killing of Ebysus. If we can get sources that discuss it (e.g. how widely accepted this suggestion is that Ovid may have been inspired by the Aeneid here) it would be good to include this, but I'm not sure if the current sentence (even after a bit of rewording) is accurate (e.g. that "the ember that hits Athis is almost completely extinguished", also the "sword blow to the hip"). I've tagged it as possible OR for now, but would rather replace it with something sourced rather than completely delete it. ‑‑YodinT 23:26, 14 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
