International perspective
It should probably be stated that this is an article regarding the US structure of business. There are some fundamental differences in other countrys setup.
- Agreed this article has a totally US perspective - Wikipedia appears to have no articles explaining budsiness organisation in the UK or other countries. The Yowser (talk) 09:28, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
I disagree with all of the "so wrong" comments below. I consider these comments to be interesting quibbles that do not detract from the core data presented in the article. Note that I am not an author of any part of this article, but I have been a member of various (US) companies for decades, and everything in this article matches the terminology I have heard used.
