"Most reduced tetrapyrrole"[edit]

Hello, this article claims that F430 is the most reduced tetrapyrrole with 5 double bonds, but cobalamin clearly has 6, making this statement inaccurate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by FlavorFMN (talkcontribs) 20:59, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

To avoid any further confusion I've rewritten it to "Of the tetrapyrroles with 5 double bonds, F430 is the most reduced".Songleaves (talk) 03:39, 4 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Mechanism and Corphin Structure[edit]

I will be adding new content on the mechanism with supporting references. Also, the corphin ligand is a derivative of the corphin system but is more commonly called a porphinoid. Therefore I will be editing out the sentence: "This particular tetrapyrrole derivative is called a corphin." and providing a reference and explanation for this as well as changing the heading --S.Thomas111 (talk) 20:44, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
