Headlines too long and too numerous?[edit]

I feel like there are way too many and way too long headlines in this article. I'm also not sure why they are capitalized, and if this is because they are titles of sections in the case. Does anybody know? - 188.182.13.127 (talk) 00:12, 10 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
