Are there sources for the information here? I've never seen any sources claim that Billy the Kid was going to ambush Garrett at Sumner. Garrett came after the Kid, according to everything I've seen.

Any idea if this is referring to one ranch or two?
Bowdre worked as a cowboy on the ranchs of Thomas Yerby and Pete Maxwell
The word "ranchs" is unknown to me. If this refers to two or more ranches, the spelling should be "ranches"... one ranch, drop the trailing s. Quebec99 (talk) 20:44, 10 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
