Untitled[edit]

There isn't a single citation on this page to back up claims of, well, anything. I'm especially curious (dubious?) as to where the information about Japan came from. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.4.35.20 (talk) 02:49, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In literature[edit]

Are those two references sufficiently notable to be mentioned ? - otherwise we could end up with a random list ofd mentions of catamites. -- Beardo (talk) 22:39, 8 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I removed some references because it seemed to only be a commercial placement. --68.51.72.144 (talk) 19:51, 29 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Third gender[edit]

That 'third gender' stuff confuses this article quite a bit. If there is not an article on it, it either needs to be reduced to a footnote or more precisely defined with better references. If it's a jargon term used by some special interest group, it probably needs to go. --DanielCD (talk) 16:19, 1 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
