How is the green felt hat distinguished from a Tyrolean Hat or should the obvious similarity be mentioned?

Why does the segment about the feathers say officers and NCOs below Captain wear a BLACK eagle feather, while the Rank insignia segment calls it a BROWN eagle feather? 94.114.203.25 (talk) 16:56, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
