Proposal, Approval and Funding[edit]

This railway station is still in a consultation phase. Some key funding for the station was provided in the recent governmental budget but there are a lot of stages a station has to go through before a station gets approved, one of the main ones being the Transport and Works Act Order which is not projected until Summer 2021. (And in fact the article you used as a reference still says it is proposed) Difficultly north (talk) Simply south alt. 23:27, 15 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

But I take it that you are not proposing that the article be deleted? It is proposed and it is funded: that for me satisfies WP:CRYSTAL challenges provided that it doesn't jump the gun on precise timing and location. The same is true of Cambourne and Tempsford stations: we should most definitely have at least stub articles in all three cases, even if they never happen. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 17:16, 16 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not proposing deletion. As with many this has had a lot of groundwork. But anyway this was meant to be a discussion about whether this approved or not. Difficultly north (talk) Simply south alt. 20:34, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I over-interpreted your note. (And I agree, it is not approved yet, if by 'approved' we mean that a TWAO has been made, as I think we must). --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 11:53, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
