I have read the concerns regarding this page. Sorry that I have not cited properly. I am not good with computers/html sourcing. Regarding the concern that the reference is too close to the source, this is not true. I am a PhD Candidate, and local scholars often work closely with religious organizations to produce introductory literature. Jdho (talk) 04:04, 4 April 2013 (UTC)Jacqueline H. I also forgot to mention that this wikipedia page is an ongoing update that is part of my dissertation research, based on interviews and field research/observation. As a result, much of the information has not been formally published to date.
