Close paraphrasing[edit]

I removed the 'Close Paraphrasing' maintenance template as I believe the text conforms to both 2.2 and 2.3 of when close paraphrasing is permitted - there is an attributed quotation, and there are limited ways of saying the same thing in order to provide details on a prize such as this.
