Gene? Gene product?[edit]

Butyrylcholinesterase is surely a gene product, not a gene. The article talks about both gene and product (which is fair enough) but does not properly distinguish between the two.Moletrouser (talk) 19:46, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
