There is a HUGE differance between 35% and 78%! It's like saying between 0% and 50%. (think about it as 10 children - is it more likely that 3-4 of them have the spots (which would be quite rare) or is it more likely that 8 (which would be almost all) of them have it?) Effect?[edit]

Do these affect vision in any way? Do they interfere with the operation of the iris, or block vision when the iris dilates? Are they indicators of future vision problems? Come on, experts, inform us!
