Notability tag[edit]

I replaced the notability tag. The IOR is stating numerous times that it is working hard to accomplish its goals. This may well be true, but fact is that it is only one and a half years old! It is clear to see that this organization still is in its start-up development phase. Too early even to determine if it will succeed or fail. Also, Wikipedia may not be used as a vehicle for self-promotion, which appears to be the case here. I think it would be best to delete the page, wish them the best of luck and allow re-entry with a better article when the IOR has proven itself over time.
