What?[edit]

"The song "Round and Round" appears on the Bumpers and ID's of Canal 13 Argentina of 2013 "

Can anyone explain what this means? It is gibberish to me. Doing a bit of Google I find that Canal 13 is Channel 13, Argentina, and I think "bumper" might be a TV industry term, like the little graphics/music sequences where they say "You're Watching Channel 8 News!", etc. So someone is saying that a regional Argentinian TV station used this song as part of their internal programming in 2013?
