Untitled[edit]

Since there is no source for this: "Among academic figures from Bijar are Dr Kamran Nejatollahi, a young civil engineering professor in Polytechnic university of Tehran (now Amirkabir) who was killed in 1979 in Tehran university by Savak snipers during a sit-in in Tehran university." Irrelevant info removed[edit]

References and grammar[edit]

Knowing nothing about Bijar but wanting to, I have supplied as many references as possible and corrected the English. Erictimewell (talk) 10:52, 8 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've also added a brief section on the rugs and another on well known people from Bijar. It has been particularly difficult keeping an objective stance, as Wikipedia must, towards such highly contested matters as Kurdish independence and the frequent bad behaviour the contest results in.
