Vertical declining bifilar dial[edit]
The next challenge is to write the section on vertical declining bifilar dials. We have a link to Collin's paper- all we need to do is to translate it- keeping the terminology and symbols consistent with the section on Michnik's horizontal dials, ans BSS glossary.
