Wikify the list of games please

Is there a reason the games in the "Alphabetical List of Games by Bethesda Softworks" list are not wikified?

because it took me forever just to put the list together and find all that information. feel free to upgrade it --Omniwolf 15:12, 13 November 2005 (UTC)

Moved from the article - "Oddly enough Bethesda's main offices are on Picard avenue, which is the same name as a character from Star Trek played by Patrick Stewart who will be voice acting in their upcoming game, Oblivion." LordJumper 06:21, 14 January 2006 (UTC)

TES5 in '10

i dont think that TES is going to come out in 2010. i would say 2011 or 12. think about it, now to the middle/end of the year they are focusing of FO3 and everything for fallout 3.(like patches, DLCs and others) there is no way they are going to pick up full development ship it in 2010. yes i know how games are in "side-development" but that is not enough because even if they do get finish with the game they still have to do tons of stuff like: "bug squishing", publishing(since they have to do it manually), misc.(like meeting their milestones) also this is and should be a big to huge game so level designers, testers(especially with TES), and THE STORY. so really do you think that they can meet their 2010 shipment? why dont want to be rushed, again. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.125.158.97 (talk) 21:25, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

It doesn't matter what assumptions you have about the development schedule of Bethesda. A Bethesda representative specifically said they are currently planning the TES V for 2010.

No they haven't. A recent interview with Todd Howard at Quakecon has him stating that they will probably be getting back to The Elder Scrolls, but no mention of when. Bethesda is notorious for not saying what they're working on until they have something to show for it. I would love to see the quote made by a Bethesda rep. My guess would be 2012.

The interview is at the link below and the comment comes in at about 3:55. http://pc.ign.com/objects/014/014297.htmlYasgur (talk) 21:58, 25 August 2009 (UTC)

Merger proposal

Does anyone here object to me merging Ashley Cheng into this article? I think it would fit better here than in its own article. I also don't think she is notable enough for her own article but can be mentioned here. MuZemike 20:28, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

Just delete Ashley Cheng's article outright. It's not notable enough to warrant either a separate entry for itself nor for merging into the Bethesda Softworks article. Sslaxx (talk) 15:45, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
Merge completed; not really much there at all to merge. MuZemike 20:58, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

Disk check problem?

Which version of the multi-platform title in question does this "disk check problem" affect? Which source/s are used for this information? Shouldn't the section be in the Fallout 3 article instead? Should it be there at all? I don't want to just storm in and delete someone's work outright, but barring a rewrite with relevant cites (in the relevant article!), this section should be binned. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Divey (talkcontribs) 09:46, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Gridiron! published by EA

I believe that Gridiron! was published by Electronic Arts. As I recall, Wayne Gretzky Hockey for the Amiga was the first game that Bethesda published themselves. 66.91.18.109 05:08, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

Archiving Talk Page

Is anyone against me archiving some of the older topics in this talk page? --Fumitol (talk) 09:24, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

Founded... when?

There are inconsistencies in the article regarding its founding. The infobox states 1985, but the article states '86. I've found limited information about this, and most, if not all, the sites I've seen point to this source. So is it 1985 or 1986? En-AU Speaker (T) (C) (E) 03:58, 7 April 2010 (UTC)

Elder Scrolls 5?

Is there any info? Will it happen? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.22.166.8 (talk) 23:45, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Unannounced Project

Todd Howard said at Quake-Con, that Bethesda was developing a project. It was already two years in the making, although no more info was announced. http://www.vg247.com/2010/08/13/bethesda-confirms-new-project-in-development/ Should this go in the article? If so, under which section? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.192.247.73 (talk) 06:47, 16 August 2010 (UTC)

If you feel the source is good enough, add it. There is a EuroGamer article with an interview with Todd Howard where he elaborated more on it. It would also go under "Upcoming Games" 76.171.23.130 (talk) 22:40, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
