The article doesn't go into significant detail regarding the many recreational and other activities that happen here. Where is the description of the motel? Restaurants? How many berths in the marina? What are the sailing and yacht clubs? Isn't there at least one working boat yard? Is this the "Berkeley Bulb" or is that somewhere else? Does the channel need dredging? hey we need more citations in this article. the berkeley daily gazette won't quite work, it is published every day and even if we had a complete collection of papers available we wouldn't know where to start looking. we also need to know which part of the article came from the gazette and which from the annual report.
