Gains and losses in 2019[edit]

Hi there @LeedsOwl: thanks as always for your work on the Leeds local elections! I'm concerned about some of the arithmetic in your recent edits on this page though. The Green Party got 7.1% of the vote in 2019 and 7% in 2018, but you've marked their vote as falling 3.1%.
