Good[edit]

This is a very good article. :) Psdubow 15:53, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Numbers of Salazar[edit]

The article contradicts itself about Salazar. From Auñamendi, it seems that he was tasked with a revision of the trials by Alvarado and the other inquisitor. He skeptically checked again and found lots of breaches of justice.

However the earlier redaction hinted that Salazar collected confessions for new indictments. And the number of confessions is different. Could you check again with your sources the real behaviour of Salazar? --Error 23:08, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Related articles. Another persecution in the North.[edit]

Part of this topic is included in the entry Sorginak. Also there was another even larger witch-hunt in Labourd wich is mainly dealt with in the entry Pierre de Lancre. I suggest that this other persecution be added to the article for comprehensiveness, specially as it was even more brutal and widespread. --Sugaar 01:00, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've added links to these articles in the new "See also" section. The Sorginak entry also mentions other "minor" witch hunts, you have to check town by town though, as some refer to mere legends and others indicate real trials and executions. --Sugaar 01:06, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Indiviuals[edit]

This is an interesting article! The only thig I miss in it would be a closer description of the people accused in it. Why not add a bography of at least some of the alleged witches in it? Why she/he was accused, the trial, confessiona and execution of an individual case? I do not know if this information is avaliable, but I think it would be very interesting to read about. other withc trials, especially the Salem withc trial, has a large number of individual cases described. --85.226.235.206 (talk) 13:18, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The external links point to individual articles on Auñamendi Encyclopedia if you read Spanish. --Error (talk) 23:32, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
