Name[edit]

Should it be bap or bab? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:55, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It should be "bap", because the sounds ㄱ, ㄷ, and ㅂ are transcribed respectively as g, d, and b when they appear before a vowel; they are transcribed as k, t, and p when followed by another consonant or form the final sound of a word. --Ityoppyawit (talk) 13:13, 8 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Article move[edit]

Consider moving to Bap (rice dish), as we have Bap (bread), which is also food. 162.208.168.92 (talk) 21:15, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Agreed - I think it can just be done, since the target is a red link. Any opposition? W. P. Uzer (talk) 07:11, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
