System rescue by private actors
National financial rescues happened before some central banks were created. In the Panic of 1907, J. P. Morgan and other banks rescued struggling banks, avoiding a system crash. The circumstances helped create the US Federal Reserve Central Bank. TGCP (talk) 17:19, 20 June 2020 (UTC)
