Very little music has survived from this early period[edit]

Nonsense - see the works of Charles Edward Horsley, William Stanley (composer), George William Torrance, Isaac Nathan, Charles Sandys Packer ], Frederick Augustus Packer, Carl Linger, Francis Hartwell Henslowe, Frederick Ellard, Raimund Pechotsch and Julius Siede Tradimus (talk) 16:05, 8 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Article moved[edit]

The recent move of this article from Classical music in Australia to Australia classical music is objectionable: a) it's grammatically wrong; b) it was unnecessary (there is a series of articles named "Classical music in …"). I suggest to return the article to its previous name. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 12:44, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Australia classical musicAustralian classical music – This move it to correct the page move that was wrong. The other regional classical music pages all follow the same format of "(Region) classical music", this move would also be aligning it with the same format.
