I have added the name of mayors that have twinned Massy and Treviri.One is my uncle(I am not joking).His name is Roberto Allevi.I live in Ascoli Piceno.I believe this is a useful information for encyclopedia. At the official comune site at this link:http://www.comune.ap.it/sito_inglese/citta/gemellate.htm there is the description.
