Copied text in article[edit]

The article includes mention that it "incorporates text from" a stated source. It is not proper sourcing to copy text without putting into quotes and sourcing by footnote references. If text is reworded by wikipedia editor, the quotes but not the sourcing can be dropped. In the second paragraph, I observe text that is copied directly from that source without use of quotes. Although there is other wikipedia editor writing and another source in the article, all of the other writing is impugned by mixing it up with copied text, requiring the tag and category for the article suggesting it is merely copied material. Why not identify the copied text, put it in quotes, and then the tag/category would be unnecessary. Sincerely, doncram (talk) 21:50, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
