2 things i'm changing[edit]

1. he's currently ranked as the #9 HW fighter? current as of when? today? yestrday? last month? "currently" is not a date and therefore has no place in an encyclopedia.

2. he is generally considered one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time? by who? you? his mom? opinions have no place in an encyclopedia.

This is a page for Antonio minotauro nogueira not Antonio rodrigo nogueira. They are twin brothers.

There seems to be inconsistency; on one hand, it says he was involved in a tractor accident, and later, that he was hit by a truck.

This is the page of the Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira - Minotauro, name of his twin brother is Antonio Rogeiro Nogueira - Minotoro

In his Mixed martial arts record it is stated that he fought Dan Henderson for the King of Kings 1999 Championship. It was a semi-final match, not the final. "vaseline on couture"[edit]

I would just like to say, that as always with wikipedia, someone has decided to use the page to cleverly mislead the reader. the following article read as such: "On the floor, Nogueira threatened with two submissions, first with a D'Arce choke and later with an arm triangle—where he was inches away from finishing both if not for Couture's good submission defense and very slippery skin from the vaseline."

The citation to this point, is nothing more than a youtube link where Nogueira merely points that having been cut, the vaseline placed on the cuts had slipped onto his own gloves. As such, when he tried to hold on to Couture, he had vaseline on his gloves. Orphaned references in Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
