Wording[edit]

Does "Being killed in a motorcycle crash in Kiev on 17 September 2014, Husin was survived by wife and three children." really sound better than "Andriy Husin was killed in a motorcycle crash in Kiev on 17 September 2014, and is survived by his wife and three children."? His wife and children are still alive, so the main sentence should be in the present tense, I think. User Tandrum seems to think otherwise.--Mycomp (talk) 23:06, 20 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
