Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Amanda Browder is an established and longtime practicing artist endorsed and recognized by such elite organizations such as the National Endowment for the Arts, Albright Knox Gallery, New Museum, A.I.R. Gallery, Dumbo Arts Festival, the New York Times, Gothamist, ArtInfo, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and more. Her support is plenty amongst artists, art administrators, press persons, and members of the community. Amanda's name has been sited by an already published page on Wikipedia for Gallery 400 (see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gallery_400). Amanda plans to continue practicing for a very, very long time. She is also a founder of the nationally-known Bad At Sports podcast which is produced in major metropolitan cities Chicago, San Francisco, Detroit and New York City. Browder has been contributing to the cultural landscape with her artwork for many years now, by generating a sense of community in the process of creating her work by organizing public sewing dates for her large scale fabric installations. Her work is about the crossection of textures and architecture, building a sense of community, and creating fresh perspectives for the spaces we pass on a day to day. I would like to regain access to editing the page to be able to add more information and cite more resources and articles about the artist in order to continue proving the credibility of the artist and article. I appreciate your time. Thank You.
