Needs some cleaning[edit]

I've taken the initiative to correct some mistakes and/or remove some portions. Needs more however.

Star Channel was launched some months after Alpha TV.
Removed references to Nickelodeon and to Attiki Odos because they seem superfluous.
Skai 100,3 FM had the highest rank in Athens.
Removed the reference to the satellite broadcast because it seems unsubstantiated.
