Support. A monthly view of pageview stats does indicate the German river as most viewed over time, plus searchers for River Aller might have wanted the german river, but this sn't conclusive in my view. My searches in Google books etc are inconclusive too, so I judge no primary topic. Per Wikipedia:WikiProject Rivers#Multiple rivers with the same name, the project recommends Aller (Germany). While I'd say Aller, Germany is better as its not a Germany but in Germany, if that's what the guideline says, that's what we should do. I'd note that Commons:Category:Aller (river) was moved from the base name by me because I didn't realize there was also on in Spain, I'll move that page to the location of this RM outcome.
