Removal of "Personal life" section[edit]

Is this article better because the "Personal life" section was removed on May 12, 2020? The reason given was "If it's incomplete, it's useless."

I wonder how many sections of articles on Wikipedia are complete. Are we supposed to have all information about a person's early years or personal life (or any section of an article) before we publish it? As an editor, I often add cited facts to articles to make a section a bit more informative than it was. I thought a basic principle of Wikipedia was that the original author publishes as much relevant, verified information as he or she has, after which other editors gradually supplement the original content with other cited facts that they find.
