@Joyous!: Thank you for mentioning, this athlete name is Arabic is "عليا بشناق" where her First name "عليا" Could be Written in different ways such as "Aliya, Alia ,and Alya".
But her official name is "Alya Bouchnak" you can find it here.

Regarding the name, the other references point to Aliya as the name she uses in English, and the worldathletics reference above seems to be the wrong one. Rather, at that site, the relevant link is Aliya BOSHNAK. Note that that page is more complete (for example, including the correct date of birth), and has a different athlete number.
